The Bridgeport Company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors for the Oceana Marin Association has selected our firm as the new management company for your Association.

Since there is no onsite manager at Oceana Marin Association, Management depends on Homeowners like you to alert us to any issues or problems that you see occurring. Should you see something that you believe should be brought to our attention, please do not hesitate to contact our office at (925) 824-2888. Representatives from our company are available 24/7 for emergency response to Common Area problems. If you are calling after business hours Monday–Thursday 9AM to 5PM and Friday 9AM to 3PM, following the keypad prompt to be directed to a 24-hour dispatch center that will page an on-call manager. Please know that your assistance is necessary and very much appreciated, as we cannot act on any problems that we are unaware of.

Though our management duties stop at your front door, we are always glad to assist in any way we can should you have any questions regarding what items your Association is responsible to maintain. For specifics on your Association’s responsibilities, you may also refer to the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R’s) that you received when purchasing your property.

As part of the management transition, we have set up a new and secure  Homeowner Portal, this portal will substitute the "Oceanamarin.org" website as a source for information such as governing documents, meeting minutes and design review procedures. If you are a member of the Oceana Marin Association and do not have access to the Homeowner Portal, please contact management.
