Since there is no onsite manager at
Oceana Marin Association, Management depends on Homeowners like you to alert us
to any issues or problems that you see occurring. Should
you see something that you believe should be brought to our attention, please
do not hesitate to contact our office at (925) 824-2888. Representatives from
our company are available 24/7 for emergency response to Common Area problems.
If you are calling after business hours Monday–Thursday 9AM to 5PM and Friday
9AM to 3PM, following the keypad prompt to be directed to a 24-hour dispatch
center that will page an on-call manager. Please know that your assistance is
necessary and very much appreciated, as we cannot act on any problems that we
are unaware of.
Though our management duties stop
at your front door, we are always glad to assist in any way we can should you
have any questions regarding what items your Association is responsible to
maintain. For specifics on your Association’s responsibilities, you may also
refer to the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R’s) that you
received when purchasing your property.
